"Okay first off guy at the speaker was nice, and very nice at the window. I ordered a Club Lulu specifically asked if it comes with tomatoes. He said yes, then listed everything on the sandwich. Okay awesome no tomatoes please. He said do you want cheese? Yes sure. Skip to when I get 20 minutes from the store home. I open my sandwich to find tomatoes and no cheese???? What was the point of that whole discussion? 2 stars cause the dude was nice but seriously?"
"On Tuesday, Dec. 6th I stopped in this Jimmy Johns location and was greeted by the General Manager. She was very friendly and helped me navigate the menu because I wanted to try something new. I ate my sandwich in store and she was a true team leader. I asked a driver how long she's been running the show and he said only 2 weeks and I couldn’t believe it! Back in the day this Jimmy John’s location was BAD. I am so happy this new General Manager is turning things around. My team and I will be coming to this location from here on out. I look forward to coming back very soon. -Art"
