"The food was very good, especially compared to other options around. I got the chicken and waffles (with ice cream) and was pleasantly surprised by the quality. Everyone was happy with the food. The service was not good. I came in when there were only 2 tables seated. My coffee kept getting forgotten (or they had forgotten to brew and she didn’t want to say) so it didn’t come out until the meal did. The meal (4 people, no special orders) took over 45 minutes to come to the table. I asked for a coffee refill and didn’t get it. I would’ve spoken with the manager but there were none present - just a server and a bartender. I would not recommend this place to family and friends unless they have time for a leisurely meal. If management would prioritize service as much as they have food quality, this would be an exceptional restaurant for Crown Point."
