"These women are awfully rude. You can tell just how much they hate job. It's not my fault your life sucks."
"It only took 5 months for this pharmacy to its downfall with me, but truly only took 5 minutes to never want to do business with them anymore. The staff is rude, arrogant, and aggressive!! They are naive an ignorant to computer systems and refuse to listen when I’ve actually worked with Epic Systems. It’s funny how THEY currently NOW have a TICKET open with their own IT department who acknowledged the issue. I repeat, the problem has been found and their team is responsible for it had has established an ETA on an issue with missing electronic scripts. I only told them so because Epic just went through a recent update. But these people in the pharmacy that once impressed with their counting skills have now proved to be so dense that they have left me without medication or an interest for my health, for 8 days now. The pharmacist could care less that my medications have now been “suddenly discontinued” without the request from my doctor. I’d be very understanding if they were shortage on the medication or if it needed extra time to be ordered. Instead, we now have a group of people that doesn’t even believe the sky is blue, so it seems; because none of my documents or app data deemed worthy enough for them to investigate the matter. I wonder how they mistreat others, especially the elderly? -Bye Bye STC/Pharmacy!"
"Very friendly staff and knowledgeable pharmacists. Never had a problem here!"
