"Horrible billing service! Have to deal with individual providers and they do not know how to properly bill insurance! It is their fault and responsibility to properly bill insurance! To compound the issue, providers try to put proper billing responsibility on patient who is there for medical treatments not to do the hospitals clerical work! This is a continuous problem! I suggest finding other providers or hospital that knows how to treat and bill patients properly and Respectfully! I've made all payments I owe to date! I spoke with YOUR billing department to correct billing! I'll update post in two weeks accordingly."
"My experience with the ER was pleasant. Since my issue wasn't life-threatening or time consuming, I was placed in the fast tract. It was rather crowded but the staff moved as quick as possible. Their overall attitudes were pleasant and made my experience tolerable. Despite the crowdedness, I'd choose this hospital again even if I had to wait. Thank you staff for your patience, kindness and people manners."
"I want to shout out Tammy the ER Nurse that works nights in ER. You can never go wrong with an old school nurse. She is OUTSTANDING! Communicated with my 85 yo mother - clear patient communication and and genuine tender touch. She made my mother feel like a human not a number in ER room 2. So the 5 star is not so much for the ER but for Nurse Tammy ER nurse on nights. Please promote her and reward her. Never underestimate old school nurses. They are the best and ST. Catherine has one of the best nurses period in Tammy. Thanks Tammy"
"Excellent technicians for ultrasound, bone scan and chest CT. All three techs were timely, extremely polite, professional and caring, especially since I have two sets of rods & screws in my lumbar spine, which makes it very difficult to lie on my back and get back up. They assisted in helping me get off the tables and I was even given a wedge to put underneath my legs for the chest CT, which helped tremendously. Every room I went into was very clean. I would highly recommend this hospital."
