"After having a hard time finding several of my prescriptions at Walgreens, my doctor recommended I try Ingalls Pharmacy. They consistently have my medications in stock when many other don’t and the pharmacy staff has always been very helpful."

"Waste of time"

"My mom was released from hospital and her meds delivered to Waterford Estates next day. That did not happen and nobody would even pick up the phone. This are heart medications and will hold them accountable if anything happens"

"This is the most rude and unprofessional place I believe I’ve ever seen. I’ve tried going back time after time because it’s in my area but I have to have my prescriptions switched to a different pharmacy. I’ve had one of the technicians tell me “give me five minutes and I’ll have your prescription ready” then she walked away and left and an hour later I was still standing there. Today I called to see about my prescriptions and was told they’re having a problem with my insurance and she asked me to call back in one hour, that was at 5:00pm, they close at 7:00pm. I called back at 6:00pm and she asked for my info then placed me on hold. I sat at home on hold for about 15 minutes then decided to just gone up to the pharmacy while I was still on hold so that they didn’t close on me. I got to the pharmacy at 6:45pm and I was still on hold and their phone was ringing I’m guessing that was me because no one ever picked it up but when I finally hung up the phone stopped ringing. When I finally spoke with someone they told me the pharmacist was about to call my insurance about 5 minutes after that the pharmacist came to me and asked me if I had insurance. So how were they calling my insurance and how is it they were having problems with my insurance when now they don’t even know I have insurance. I’ve been getting my prescriptions filled here for over three years with the same insurance. It’s just obvious they don’t care and they don’t care about lying to their customers. I will definitely transfer all my prescriptions from here after today."

"Make sure to check your prescription before leaving the hospital if you have it delivered to your room before leaving. Had my mom's filled before she left because I thought it would be convenient, she is on tube feeding only while in the hospital her prescriptions were liquid they sent capsules and tablets home instead of liquids. Unfortunately we did not find out till to late because my mom came home via ambulance with the WRONG meds. And they didn't care. So beware of the convenience of having delivered before leaving the hospital!"
