I was told I’d receive them in 30 minutes or less. I called, emailed, checked my spam email, and I never heard back from anyone, nor did I receive my results. Therefore, I wouldn’t trust this clinic for testing purposes. I’ve had much better service elsewhere."

"Staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately it doesn't matter as myself and others simply never got our PCR results. I used this clinic in November before the case uptick and still have not gotten PCR results (didn't care because I got my rapid result and I wasn't experiencing symptoms). I used it again last week and was told 72 hours. It has now been over 120 hours and I have not gotten results. Do not use this clinic if you need PCR results. Use Midwest Express."

"Quick and easy process at this pop-up location. No issues with my rapid and PCR test. Got the rapid results right away. Got a text and email 48 hours later with my PCR results. The actual set up was more of a pop up, but the staff on duty was nice. I will be honest, I was a bit skeptical at first on the legitimacy of the tests when I found out you have to perform it on yourself. I am clinically trained, so I did not have a problem with this. The PCR testing is processed at Doctors Clinical Laboratory based out of Chicago a lab that is authorized to run these tests by the FDA emergency use."
