"I made a boarding appointment for my girls and was given a time to drop them off today. When I arrived the place was closed and no one was there or even answered my calls or texts. We had travel plans so I had to make other boarding arrangements for them. No one yet has even responded to offer any explanations as to why they were not there to receive my dogs. This is not a good way to keep or do business. I am very disappointed."
