"Took my dog to get spayed and she had to stay the night after surgery. Next morning I came to get her and after we got in the car I kept smelling poop. Thought she had an upset belly but no it was all over her feet. It was dried poop on all 4 paws. It was so bad that it was had dried in between her toes. She couldn’t take a bath bc of stitches in her belly so all I could do was let her stand and soak her feet in warm water. I had to then wipe her down with wipes to get the smell off her. I can’t believe they left a dog that just had surgery to lay in her poop all night and half a day thats not sanitary. If she develops any infection or issues I will contact the BBB, news, health department and whoever else I can think of. I gave them a second chance to do right by us but never again. The first time they choked my dog in front of my daughter by dragging her away from her. All they had to do is call her name and pet her but to drag was unnecessary."
"They misdiagnosed my dog and finally got it right after blaming me. Claiming I caused my dog to have pancreatitis. Turns out she has addisons not pancreatitis! The only reason she is still alive is because I kept giving steroids and took her back when I ran out. Every time I take her to get her monthly shot the vets aren’t there. The hours are inconvenient. The vets take long long breaks. Your wait time will always be a minimum hour. They are cheaper but honestly you are never seen. I’m tired of driving up to the clinic to be told sorry there are no vets in. Switching to hope animal clinic soon."
"Would not send my worst enemy’s dog here. Front staff is rude and inconsiderate. Had to call about my dog getting an operation in their care 5 times before someone could update me and now I an having to get a second opinion about how it is healing because none of my questions were answered with how it looked when I picked my dog up. NEVER send an animal here. NEVER."
"The Drs are very thorough, caring, and knowledgeable. They will explain what is going on and the procedures involved and costs. They have saved both my dogs lives. Wonderful staff!"
"Saved my 10 week old chi's life! We had her for almost two days, not knowing she was sold to us with a deadly parasitic infection and upper respiratory infection. We rushed her in as an emergency after seeing her stools and hearing her wheezing. The bill was extremely reasonable considering all the tests and medications, and she was due for her next Parvo. I can't thank the vet enough as he was incredibly caring and kind and made sure we understood everything!"
