"The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced from John, apparently the owner. He put in a speaker to the wrong room and blamed me for it. We showed him twice the rooms they were to go in at the first appointment. He said the other room's door was closed and that is why he assumed it was the other room. Then lied and said he asked someone what room the speaker should go in and they said they don't know. Gave me a huge attitude after I asked for the price of labor or the speaker price to be taken off the bill since it was placed in a room that it should not have been installed. He gave me an attitude and put the blame towards me, lied about several things instead of just apologizing for his mistake. I would never recommend this company to anyone! I do have to say that Tim was knowledgeable and friendly."
