"Terrible experience….. Called me to inform me AFTER taking my child’s bloodwork to tell me “This office MANDATES vaccination for children” and if you don’t vaccinate your child, go somewhere else. Is this even a real place? What physician mandates vaccines for wellness check up? No wasn’t stated “recommended” she stated it was Mandatory. This is after waiting weeks for them to receive my children’s medical records."

"Please please please do not go here if you really care about your child this pediatric was very rude and falsified information and when talking to Jenny S. Alexander she did not fix the problem when asking why my child was taking off there list she could not tell me why also ask for the report she could not give me one just he say she say but if you like a messy establishment this is the pediatric for you also and it’s not clean…….."

"Apparently they are too busy to see sick patients. My son started feeling sick on a Saturday. Called Dr. Alexander's office Monday morning to schedule an appointment. Was told they could not see my son until Friday. What a joke. What good is a primary doctor if they can not see you when you are sick. Very disappointed."

"Well I have been coming here for over 15 years. I been here since Dr. Lilly and Dr. James (Dr. Jenny parents) were running things. We LOVED Dr. Lilly!!! She knew my kids names as soon as we walked in. Now the daughter is running it. I didn't have an issue with that until different nurses started working here. The staff started to change to regular. We never see Dr. Lilly any more. The bad part is they give us the option to pick which person you wanna see, I pick her but I still don't get to see her. It used to be always in and out. Not so much anymore. I hate to leave but I will be finding me and my kids a new doctors office. It's just not tge same anymore."

"The receptionist had me, her attitude is really nasty and she is very unprofessional. Besides the long wait time when you schedule an appointment (you can be waiting roughly 30mins) and even longer wait time when you walk in (i have waited over an hr before) the doctors and nurses are actually good. But the front obviously cannot handle or multitask while dealing with people. Safe to say i won’t be bringing my child back."
