"I strongly recommend NOT to use this facility. In January I was scheduled for a CT scan WITH contrast both IV and oral, my appt was at 12:15pm. Upon my visit, the technician came out with the oral, I mentioned I thought I might have kidney stones. He stated, I should not take the oral. He proceeded to take me back and set me up with an IV for contrast. Once set up with the IV, he returned and stated he only had verbal orders from my physician and tried contacting the MD for the written orders. It was lunch time and the office had their message that they would return at 1pm. The Tech DID not page the MD, nor offer to reschedule my appointment due to lack of written orders. He then removed my IV and did it WITHOUT contrast. I called the facility to state I would NOT be paying my portion of the bill as I was improperly treated and their facility caused addition distress to me by hooking me up to an IV and then taking it out. I spoke with a supervisor at their facility and she stated, they should not have set me up on an IV without proper orders. She took this to their Board and they denied my request although she acknowledged they should not of done the IV procedure. She stated it was a no contrast CT scan. Hummmm, if that was the case, why would they of hooked me up to an IV and try to reach my MD? I feel this facility falsified my records and performed unnecessary IV procedure and are trying to cover their tracks by stating it was a no contrast CT when in actuality they had verbal orders to do it with contrast. They should of contacted my MD and/or rescheduled my appointment until they received the proper written orders. This has caused me stress and I plan to sue this facility for putting me through unnecessary distress and discomfort. The Tech was very apologetic, however, did not follow through with his responsibility of following MD orders and HE made the decision to give me a no contrast CT. Now I will have to pay for another CT scan w/contrast. My insurance covered most of the procedure and left me with a $313. balance. I WILL NOT PAY THIS AND WILL BE SEEKING LEGAL ADVICE AND HOLD THIS FACILITY RESPONSIBLE, SO ANOTHER PERSON DOES NOT GO THROUGH WHAT HAVE."

"I was so impressed with the doctor and nurse giving me my cortisone hip injection. They were kind and made it much less painless than I anticipated. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt like they went above and beyond to care for me. Could not recommend them higher."

"I have had quite a few images done at this facility. The folks are always nice and professional. I'm one of those people that just can't be in small enclosed spaces so here are the open ones to use. They always make me feel comfortable. The wait times have always been short. A very good group of people work here. One of my better health care experiences."

"Had no clue why the doctor was sending me here .lol. I knew it was for a test. The hospital doctor got wires crossed in process of schedule. So I get there, they can't do the scan, sorry the tech won't be there until the next day..*sigh* . Can I come back tomorrow? Sure, no problem, went back they were so nice, the tech explained it was her first day back after surgery, that she was so sorry about the day before. After the test, we chatted for a moment while I was getting dressed, and I felt very comfortable there. They are very nice. I think as long as you are nice to anyone they will be nice to you. If you go into a place with a chip on your shoulder, they are going to be on the defensive also."
