"I stayed here over Christmas. My room was on the third floor. Above us was a family with 2 small children. They literally ran back and forth across the floor from 6:30 in the morning until late at night. They dropped things that were so heavy that our ceiling shook. It was I like torture. The noise never stopped. When we talked to the front desk they said there was nothing they could do because it wasn’t quiet hours . I said really? My son always wants to bounce his basketball when we travel and we tell him no. Because it would be rude. So next time we travel we can let him just bounce all day? Then they told us they would contact the manager. Who wasn’t on property. And when we checked out we still hadn’t heard from her. It’s been weeks and nothing. We have always stayed at this hotel. But thankfully Munster has built others. So we have other options now. This was an awful experience. Jeannine C"

"Place is very nice and elegant. Beautiful park next to the hotel with lovely lake and trails. Extremely safe. Great restaurants and small shopping area behind the hotel! The only reason I did not give it a five is the bathroom door is a sliding glass door, so privacy is an issue there and the bathroom light shines through the glass door if someone is using the bathroom at night. Maybe put a night light on the toilet side???? This was a king suite so I would have expected differently especially with someone else staying in the suite. Overall though a pretty excellent place to stay."

"Parking was OK. Some had to use backup parking lot nearby. Hotel staff friendly. Lobby clean and sanitized. Mini convenience store near reception desk. Indoor pool. Weight room. Rooms are clean and refreshed with towels and cleaned daily. Mini fridge and microwave available. Lots of dining very close by. Munster Indiana is a cute and quaint place to visit. Safe and lots of parks"

"Great hotel. The staff is friendly, rooms are a good size. I stayed in a Queen suite. The pool is indoors and is a good size. I saw a pool party there one night with over 10 kids so easily a good size. The lobby is nice size and has multiple TVs. I was able to catch college football games."

"Let's start with rooms. We stayed in a double queen bed suite. It had a stunning view of the park. The room itself was spacious. It had a great bathroom, huge closet, and comfortable beds! Some cool features I haven't seen in hotels yet are the full size shampoo bottles ready for use in the shower. The service from booking the room all the way until check out each employee was kind and helpful. You would think oh that's their job but a lot of the times that doesn't matter. They were on it. The breakfast was a bit below average but what they did have was delicious. Surrounding the hotel are a ton of cute shops and very beautiful park. You don't have to go far to enjoy the area."
