"It's a beautiful, historic NYC building. Now 103 years-old. My grandfather in Manhattan was 13 yrs.-old at the time! My wife works in the building, as does a childhood friend of mine also. Nice, big, clean. At Christmastime they have a string quartet play holiday music in the lobby. So nice to see/hear! Great place. A real piece of old New York."

"I mostly use the building as a transit to take subways. From the inside it's beautiful and secure place. You need to check in with security desk every time you go in there unless you work here and have your badge ID. The location is beautiful and fancy, I love this neighborhood for so many reasons and one of them is its Called Wall Street."
