"It was great at first the teachers my son had were very nice and great with my son but the kids there are way too aggressive/out of control for this center to handle.I have had multiple incidents where he has had injuries within jus a week. Then when I brought it up to the director that he was being bullied by a few classmates she tried to talk down to me an tell me he wasn’t.That it was okay for kids to bully"
"I do not recommend Rainbow to anyone. I was told only INJURIES that are ABOVE THE NECK are documented and notified to parents!!! My son came home one day with a deep scratch on his temple one day and "nobody" noticed it happen. Later, he did not want to go back there. Nobody ever followed up with my questions. Kids hitting kids with objects is a fact, and there is no corrective action done. All parents of children involved should be informed for ANY injury in any body place! Too many kids in the classrooms, not enough staff to care for all of them. I have heard similar comments from other parents. I also observed a high turn over of staff in the few months we went there. I hope these issues improve since the community really needs quality daycare facilities where parents can trust their children will be well cared for."
"It’s a lovely school, but however, it isn’t the safest. Kids hitting kids that teachers are not supposed to report those issue with the parents. As the teachers are trained to keep their mouth shut. That’s a straight no, & I have a problem with that. Serving unfiltered sink water to kids isn’t ideal, and starve my daughter (& other kids) who stays late pass 5pm, after being have to pay weekly high tuition, is definitely a big NO. I love all the teachers, especially my daughter’s teachers in her class. Love Crystal, the previous Director (left recently). She was a very loving person, who truly has a big heart for all children/babies on the campus. Since, she has resigned her position, many kiosk shifting in teachers schedules. I met with the new Director, she seems like a nice person. I’m hoping these madness will be changed soon. I pray things will get better. No to unfiltered sink water, extend snack time until 4:30pm & take care of the bad kids hitting other innocent kids!!"
"Hands down on of the best child care in the area. They are very professional and the service is really good. They take very good care of the children."
