Central Park

"Beautiful flowers in the summer and festive decorations for the holiday season. The park has an updated event center with an amazing view of Center Lake. There is also a great little beach for swimming and a boat ramp/parking area."

"Nice park, playground for the kids, beach for all to enjoy. The park is set up to provide entertainment. It is a very nice venue. Tonight was a free concert, Lonestar. This was a fundraiser for St. Jude's children's hospital. The city offers free concerts, bring your chair or blanket and enjoy the music. There is food available. This may be the only area that needs improvement. The selections offered are very limited. For example, tonight there was pizza hut pizza, hot dogs, ice cream, brisket sandwiches, Mexican food and kettle/Carmel corn. Parking can be an issue but not impossible. There are several parking spaces set aside for those with handicap placards/plates. There are restroom facilities available. Pets are not allowed at the concerts."

"Warsaw's Central Park is a quiet, small park with plenty to offer. From beautiful lake beach views, surrounded by lovely lakefront houses. A variety of Class Aves to watch as they go about their routines unbothered by the human condition. It's one of the better maintained parks like this in similar areas. All of this is nestled in the middle of Warsaw, with plenty of shopping and food amenities. Honestly, nothing negative to say. It is quiet a romantic spot, this is highlighted by the cute elderly couple sharing an intimate moment together, while rekindling those younger by-gone moments."

"This year was disappointing to say the least. Parts of the walkways we're flooded (from I don't know what)making the ground around them very muddy and water bogged. The light displays were the exact same ones from years past taking away the magic it once seemed to have for us. This has almost been a Christmas tradition every year for the past 5-6 years, but this year we were very underwhelmed and found it boring,outdated,and nothing we need to drive almost an hour for anymore. Especially if it's the same exact thing,with the same exact lights,and displays EVERY year."
