"Was given Discharge instructions with another person‘s name. Went to pharmacy and no script because it was called in also with another name. This is a critical HIPAA error that could cause medical harm and possibly death. Please consider going elsewhere for healthcare needs as this place obviously is a potential death trap."

"Hard time getting my medicine"

"I’ve been twice now, the first time was to have my child checked out. And the doctor that day did a great job. This recent time though, I had went cause I was feeling really sick. Had gave them a list of symptoms I’m experiencing, and the new doctor they have wasn’t as great as the other. I Mentioned how one my ears was aching & they couldn’t even look in there. So my visit with her was literally 5mins long, & when I had asked for doctors note she jokingly said “noo” but to me it wasn’t a joke, cause that’s the least she could do!"

"Very nice and clean facility. Staff was all so nice. NP took her time and made me feel like she genuinely cared. Highly recommend!"
