"Food took forever to come out via drive thru. Burger was dry and looked older than the building itself. Also who doesn't cut a patty melt in triangles? Thanks Culver's for reminding me that fast food places are charging way too much. $12 for a burger, fries and a drink is crazy when I can get the same thing from a sit down restaurant for the same price."

"We would often drive to Lebanon just for Culver's because it really is pretty good. First couple of times we visited here in Frankfort, something was always wrong. Gave them some time to get things in order. Now a couple months later & can't say any better at all. We did receive all of our order this time but quality is far lower than any other Culver's ever visited. The driest patties for our "butter burgers" & EXTRA grilled onions was one very small ring. No bananas for the custard, which was already melting & soupy by the time we received it. I wish this was a better review but by now things should be done correctly. Please serve something you would want to eat yourself, especially for the price paid."
