"Pharmacist was rude and refused to run a more current GoodRx code which would have been $10 less. We will not use this pharmacy again despite the great location for us. Window attendant was irritated that we wanted to use GoodRx in the drive through window to save $150. She told us to come back in 10 minutes. We went inside 10 minutes later and the inside attendant refused to process a more current GoodRx code which would have saved us another $10."

"Called to get a script refilled and the pharmacist who answered was slurring his words and sounded drunk. Couldn't understand him. He told me my medicine was on backorder so I asked him what they had in stock that's equivalent. (done this many times due to shortages) and he said he couldn't tell me. Called another CVS down the street and they were more than helpful. Go find another pharmacist as this one has gone through different managers and is an absolute mess"

"Another one a Westfield, Indiana‘s nightmare, CVS Pharmacy’s. It’s not the general staff it’s actual pharmacist themselves that are very rude and professional take the time to drive the Exter distance to avoid the CVS’s. The pharmacist is always easy to pick out. They are the ones that are rude and complaining. Customer care at CVS has long way out the window.."

"This pharmacy simply does not meet basic expectations. I've attempted to use them multiple times and every time I've tried to fill a medication for my family (because it's "close"), they don't have it in stock and it's a process to get basic questions answered. Most recently, my daughters doctor had to call and leave two messages before they acknowledged they received order, then they didn't have it and had to send it to another pharmacy. Something that could've been addressed first thing this am if they checked voicemails, has taken me half the day to get for my sick child. Not to mention that they are also rude. I recommend using Pettigru Drive CVS pharmacy if you're in this area. They are always kind, helpful, & fast!"
