I have been to other Big Red stores that the employees didn't seem to care whether you bought something or not. When you mention the hard to find liquor they more or less laugh at you and make you feel stupid for asking. I didn't get this at the Big Red liquors on South Walnut and for that I have found a great store to shop at. Even if they don't have Allocated Whiskey, he has some great recommendations to try that you will like."
"Now that there are some new employees there it's ok. I actually stopped going there for a while because I had a few rude encounters with some previous staff and honestly if I walk in there and see them again I will just walk out and go to another location. They have mostly what people are looking for. So that's why the 5 stars and the fact that I've seen new employees there."
