"Visited and printed some photos, where I found one red-line in one of the photos (that I believe was due to the faulty printer) & I showed it to the cashier (Jess) but she said nothing. I paid for it and then, I asked her to take passport photos. She brought an old-looking small camera, took the photo & then she asked me pay ($17 for 2 passport photos) which I did, & I was expecting that she will show me the passport photos before printing them (but she didn't) and then after she printed them, the photos were not good, so I asked her to take the passport photos again, but she said we can't refund the money (I didn't even asked for refund). Very disappointed with the poor service, low quality printer, and carelessness toward customers"

"I have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff here. They always treat me with respect and help me to solve any issues if they come up. I transferred from the Meijer pharmacy just due to the availability of one of my meds and have been so impressed I now send all of my medications here."

"Thank you to the patient, helpful pharmacist and technician who worked us in for covid and flu vaccines when 3 other locations ran out of pfizer covid vaccine. We are very grateful to get this accomplished after all the "online" scheduling did not work."

"Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They hate their jobs and it shows. I wouldn't use this place if it was the last damn pharmacy in Indiana. Their staff are rude and inconsiderate. Don't call multiple times, because they don't communicate in their office. You talk with someone one day and the next day the other person is completely oblivious. They'll tell you something completely different from what the first representative said. I'll be filling a complaint with their corporate office after posting this review. From the looks of it, other people are not happy with this location either. For someone who occupies valuable business space in Zionsville, you sure are running your company into the ground."
