"Sale price not ringing up. 3 open self checkouts and 0 manned ones. Every employee was hanging out at customer service chatting. Amazon at least gives me the right price and delivers."

"Replacement fridge for the one that had a gasket hanging off of it is also messed up. It took me til October(November was the one year warranty expiration) to figure out that our new Samsung fridge was leaking water on the top outside. All these Samsungs have a screw in the top to hold the cord while moving it. Samsung must've been using screws too large, as it went through to the inside and there is a constant puddle on TOP of our fridge. Now it's sputtering on the inside. Very bad customer service from Lowe's and Samsung. CHECK THE TOPS OF YOUR SAMSUNG FRIDGES FOR LEAKS!!! We are stuck with this one now. The Lowe's guy said BTW, I'd had plenty of time to figure out it was leaking ON TOP OF THE FRIDGE."

"We had our paint color matched for our mailbox post and the paint person helped by explaining the choices/levels of exterior finish. During the painting process we found the paint goes on super smooth making it go quickly. Other than getting it in all the places it needed to go, it was a pleasant experience and we would recommend this type of exterior finish. Valspar Duramax Paint and Primer, in satin, for a little bit of shine to give it life. Last time we used matte but it always looked old, dirty, and lifeless. The mailbox post is beautiful! Now everyone else should paint theirs!"

"It took me 30-45 mins to find the exact piece of wood I needed to complete my at home project. Around this wood piece I created the rest of my vision for my project and did my remaining shopping accordingly. At the time of self check out the price rung up different from the price listed underneath the piece of wood. I called an employee over for assistance and they blew it off. I even showed them a photo of the price listed in the aisle. I would except a simple price adjustment to me made. I am attaching the photo I showed the employee as well as my receipt. This whole trip was a waste of time and energy. I walked out very disappointed and without purchasing the piece of wood. I did buy the other items that were correctly priced. It’s not about price but fooling customers and wasting there time."
