"Very upset about his office. My kids need physical forms for tryout sports at school. The office said we need to make appointment until the end of January 2023 (two months for a simple form). I'm trying to explain that we dont need to see the doctor, but the girl/nurse said he need to sign?? Too complicated for a simple request. They dont allow we talk direct with doctor. Dont recommend!"
