"Dr Reid needs to teach a class on bedside manner. I wish all doctors were as present and patient and considerate and thorough as he is. Don’t be offended if he doesn’t do a lot of chit chat. He wants to hear EXACTLY what is going on with your child, he wants every detail from the very first symptom to the very moment you are sitting in front of him. He will LISTEN to you and ask thoughtful questions and make you rewind to give more detail. He is maximum efficiency, with no loss of consideration or care. All doctors put a high value on their own time, but Dr Reid puts a high value on YOUR time as well. So many doctors rush in, throw an antibiotic prescription at you and rush back out without even looking you in the eye. Dr Reid is willing to take the extra time up front to make sure all your questions are answered and that you understand everything so YOU can give the best possible care to your child. Everyone in his office is awesome as well. All his nurses and office staff are friendly and sympathetic and considerate and efficient. 10/10 get you a Dr Reid!"

"Most redicolous doctors office i’ve ever seen. The doctor did little to nothing every time we went in weather it be for a check up or not. The office charges you if you can’t make an appointment or even if you rescheduale an appt and if you don’t pay then they refuse to see your sick child! Worst expierience with a doctors office ever encountered."
