"Very disappointing. Get in the building. Children running around everywhere. Couldn’t here the receptionist. And after I told her, I couldn’t hear her due to all the noise, she started yelling.. we should have walked out then. But was trying to get my son a cleaning before school started back. After son was waited on. A lady come from the back. Tell me my son has to cavities, and his wisdom teeth needed to be taken out. He never had a problem with his wisdom teeth. So we go to check out. I’m waiting and listening to the young lady tell another customer about her child wisdom teeth. Refer her to the same Dr she referred us to. Didn’t ask who would we like to be referred to. Everyone going to the same Dr. I told her I didn’t need that appointment about my son wisdom teeth because his not having any issues with those. She didn’t ask what would be a good date to schedule. Instead that woman gave an appointment about my son wisdom teeth and to come back there ( Happy Smiles ) to repair his cavities. Tried to get in somewhere else. So I decided to get his cavities filled there. After we walked out that place today. I want be going there. I have never experienced nothing like this the many years I’ve been going to a dentist office!!!!!"
