"She dismissed us for wanting to space out shots without giving us a chance to make it right. I had PTSD after performing CPR on my grandmother to try to save her while I was 7 months pregnant, and Dr. Zbell didn't take my mental health into account at all or even care about my children's health. My older son had a surgery scheduled and then we couldn't find another pediatrician because they all seemed to be on the same call list with her. He had to have the surgery at Vanderbilt with no pediatrician to follow up with him locally. She really harmed my family."
