"This place is a poor excuse for a Head start center. After being employed with this facility, I experienced several unpleasant experiences with the director and the immediate Supervisor was retaliated against for bringing issues to the forefront. This is my experience: Parents are not kept up to date with the daycare changes or issues until the problem is handled. COVID procedures are not being followed Follow ups regarding urgent matters with your child sometimes will not be addressed until days later. The supervisor always states that she is handling meetings which prevents her from being assessable to parents and staffs. (Owner will buy your child with gifts) Areas are cluttered with hard tools, equipment, paint, boxes etc Cleaning solutions are left out in reach of children. Healthy Menu isn’t being followed Very high turn over rate (hires family members who’s unqualified to do the job, the owners says she has trust issues ) DON’T WASTE YOUR CAREER ON THIS SMALL COMPANY. They are desperate and in need of great help they Don’t even HAVE A UNION. Hola Sonia"

"I work for an app and shopped for this daycare. After delivering over 100 items (3 shopping carts full of stuff) to these people, and making 30 trips to and from my car to retrieve the groceries while a woman and man stood by without helping, they didn't give me one dime for a tip. The owner didn't give me one dime for a tip after I spent over 3 hours shopping for their daycare. If this is how they treat people, they're not good people."

"I was employed at Serendipity preschool for several years. I had the pleasure of teaching and learning from some amazing little scholars. From their cognitve development to their social skills, the development of those little humans never ceased to amaze. I must admit that though we the teachers spent a lot of time with these children fostering their development, we had amazing parents that acknowledged the importance of their impact on their scholars and commited to partnering with us to ensure the success of their children's educational development. That is why I am proud to say, as a result of the community partnership highly encouraged at Serendipity Child Care a very high percentage of Serendipty's scholars are accepted into selective enrollment. Some scholars were even granted the 1st grade exception. Although I am no longer an active employee, I still volunteer at Serendipity. and I can honestly say that the expectations of success is still the same. And the number of scholars getting into selective enrollment schools continue to grow."
