"(THERE ARE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS ON HERE ABOUT THE MANAGER YET SHES STILL WORKING THERE) Purchased a wax pen from a very kind older lady, told us if it didn’t work all purchases can be exchanged or returned within 24 hours. Sadly as soon as we left we found out it didn’t work, so we brought it back within 5 minutes of leaving the store. When we went back, another girl helped us, I believe was the manager. She was VERY very rude, talked down to her employee and pretty much made the other older lady feel stupid, not the mention the way she talked to me and my friend. I never want to be talked like that again. NEVER GOING BACK. Sad how one person ruined it for me. The manager should be able to manage people, not offend them. DO A BETTER JOB"
