"The receptionist was very disrespectful she discussed every patient that gave her a problem along with her other co-workers.We all have our rough times at work but discussing them in front of other patients is not called for. She did not speak or have any type of enthusiasm. I work in the healthcare field and am aware of how patients are to be treated and not only that, but how I would want to be treated. She never stated that Dr. Elmer was running late until after my husband went to check to see why my son was skipped over 3 times and even then she still had an attitude. Dr. Elmer is a GREAT doctor but because of his unprofessional staff except Kim I will be sending my son to a different pediatrician. I believe her name was Amy."
