"They stole or let someone steal my baby stroller and won't take accountability for it and when it was bought to their attention they told me not to bring my baby back and not to mention I have 5 incident reports from them of my baby always falling and busting his lip that I am also having investigated Currently going through action for children with my report. "Hands down the best place you can have your little ones attend. They are highly qualified, Accredited through Naeyc, and offer a wide range of trainings available to their staff. Speaking of their staff; 5 stars is simply not enough stars to express the type of care and love they have for their children. Not only do the Teachers express interest in your child’s development, administration and all staff members do as well. They have exceeded my expectations of Early Childhood Education. I can not thank my sons teachers, Directors and staff members enough for giving my son a head start in his education."

"This is a great site for any children to attend. My nieces went to this location and actually still have a niece there that loves it!! Staff are so nice and she seems to comfortable with any of the teachers/staff there. Besides that, they offer so much for the children which I love!"

"Shining Star administration is extremely unprofessional. I went into their facility the staff appeared nice. However, Ms. Vanessa told me my 13 month old needed a dental visit before entering the facility and she could start after I bring back the dental record, physical and other paper work. I took off work missed money called Ms. Vanessa on Friday to tell her I was on my way. Ms. Vanessa told me she was sure if my daughter could start on Monday! She never returned any of my calls. I went through a 3 week process with Shining Star on 105th Ewing and was told my daughter can start and now I have no child care provider. I have to call off of work again to scramble to find a child care provider. I asked if the owner would call me and still have not received a call or an apology. I was only told by Ms. Vanessa that ¨the thing is, I have another parent that has two kids that is supposed to be enrolling her children so I would have to check with my program director and itś a process¨. A process was the 3 weeks and why past a definite enrollment for a possible enrollment? Maybe because the ¨possible enrollments¨ were her friends or relatives or maybe because my child is Black. Nevertheless, with all that bad energy with Ms. Vanessa, I'm sure it was God protecting my child."
