"Loved this place the first couple of times I took my daughter but unfortunately the last couple of times my experience was not the same. I drive almost an hour to be able to go there. Scheduled my daughter’s 4 month well visit, took off work, came for my scheduled appointment on time, waited almost 45 minutes in a room full of sick patients for them to tell me they couldn’t see us because of their protocol for well visits. That is something that should have been told to me before scheduling that appointment. Wasted gas and time which also resulted in a fussy baby from waiting so long. Called to schedule a Saturday appointment like I was told due to them not being able to care for her that day just for the lady on the phone to get a slight attitude like she didn’t want to that. Never once did a true exam, mainly just asked me questions and checked her oxygen. How are you supposed to confirm if she’s developing well without even touching her? I wish them the best and they were kind for the most part but their communication does need improvement. I’m a new mom and for any parent, that communication should always be a top priority."
"I started seeing Tiffany almost a year ago. I loved how sweet she seemed to be and how she was prompt in getting my blood work etc to see what all I had going on. She was this way the first two times I had to do my 3 months check ups. By summer I was having a hard time getting prescriptions confirmed for my blood pressure, she told me I needed vitamin d weekly, then a month later told ménage was gonna do a daily vitamin d as mine wasn’t coming up. I never got that prescription. I matter how many times I called or asked . I knew she was getting busy and popular. I went almost a month without blood pressure meds because I went in for an appointment and Tiffany left early. I waited a couple of weeks and couldn’t get a phone call back no matter how many messages I left. I finally sent a direct message through fbook as that’s how she had communicated with me before about tests and when she needed a cake or candy etc. she didn’t respond. I tried again a few days later and in that message I was not as polite as I had been. She messaged me back immediately then. She called in my meds. I went to see her again a few weeks later as I wanted off the blood pressure medicine she had me in since July. I was swelling badly from it. She apologized for the back n forth etc. I thought everything was good. We talked about Ozempic and she sent in prescription for it. I have been waiting almost two months. I’ve called her office, I’ve messaged her on Fbook. No response. I finally got a hold of her on Tuesday evening. She promised she’d take care of it before she left that day. Insurance calls me and she still had not followed through. They faxed her a total of three times. The last time they gave me a phone number. I gave it directly to her. They call me today said she lost the number. I told them I’d been waiting for months trying to get it done. The young lady hung up on me. I called back and an older woman answered and she said I’m sorry and hung up. I messaged Tiffany in fbook amd I have every fbook message even when she wouldn’t respond about my blood pressure meds etc. today I couldn’t get through I left her a fbook message, she didn’t respond, I left a review in her fbooknoage she blocked me from it and deleted review. So I directly commented on her fbook page she blocked me there too. This person is directly responsible for ppls health and taking care of them. Who behaves the way her and her office has today?!? I had recommended her in past and I honestly say unless she pulls her head from her behind and quit trying to offer everything under sun she’s gonna lose a lot of patients ."
