"I popped both of my front tires and called the hotline number that's provided on the website so that I can use my roadside assistance and free tow. After an hour of calling the hotline number I finally got through only to learn that they're out of state and we're unable to help me do to their inclement weather. They ended up calling back 4 and 1/2 hours later to see if I still needed a tow. By that time I had already taken care of it out of pocket. However with the receipt from the tow company I was able to file it with the insurance to be refunded. So I guess the reviews 50/50, it's a cheap insurance you get what you get."
