"I have had great experiences with this location and getting.products done in a great time frame. I had an issue with laminating and have called to get a time set 2 different times within 2 days, so I can come in and complete it the right way. Today, I called and this gentleman wanted to tell me how this or that is wrong but has no clue what is going on. I am not sure if he is from another location but after being told this or that. I hear a female in the back. “Just Hang Up On Him! Manager got on phone and everything was talked about and discussed. “Moral” If you don’t know what’s going on don’t comment or put you own two cents in. No one pays money to hear others reasons of why this or that. I have worked with this company and location for years. Some of the employees from printing and copy just don’t understand hands free when it comes to customers preference. I feel they need to understand that “Customer comes first."

"I only come into this Staples because I have a mailbox/PO box set up here. I am looking into changing that when I have the time. The employees put my mail in the wrong mailbox and also lost a piece of mail too. One of their employees literally left me a voicemail indicating that my lost piece of mail was “junk”. This entire situation was a mess. I came in here a second time to pick up my mail. I think the employees here might be racist. I walked in, there were two employees standing at the door, no one greeted me. After I walked in, a white man walked in right after me and he was greeted by both employees and was offered help as soon as he came into the door. Do better."

"I built some business cards on the Staples Website and it was efficient and effective. I needed some quality cards printed quickly for a conference for my new business. The selection and process for building these cards were fabulous. They had choices in my field and even loading the pictures on my cards was relatively easy. I would definitely use them again to order future business cards."
