"We've been very happy with D2D since my son started as a 3 month old in 2022. His teachers are warm, friendly, and fun. My son is excited to go to school everyday to see his friends. I love that we get photo and schedule updates throughout the day, which really reassures me that his needs are being met and he's having a blast doing so many activities. I highly recommend D2D. I was extremely nervous sending him anywhere at first since I work full-time, but I have full trust that the staff are wonderful caregivers and truly care about all of the children in their classes."

"Detour 2 Discovery is a wonderful school. I say school because my daughter has learned immensely here, it’s more than a daycare. I have two older sons and they went to very expensive daycares and the quality of early education doesn’t even come close. The warmth and care our child receives comes from the top down. The entire staff and teachers care for each child and really get to know your child and their needs, wants, curiosities, and everything. I can’t recommend a daycare more highly than Detour 2 Discovery."

"I would absolutely recommend this place without the slightest reservations! they were highly recommended for our 1-year old daughter by her pediatrician and they did not disappoint even once in the next 2 years, after which we moved from Chicago. They have the most loving and caring staff we could have hoped for, and were always ready to indulge us by sending updates (photos and/or videos) everyday. They were available after hours to talk, every single day. Our daughter made a great first set of friends in life, both big and small! I have seen the staff go above and beyond when it comes to involving all the kids in the class in special activities like Diwali and other celebrations. There are truly dedicated professionals at D2D."

"Detour 2 Discovery is an amazing place for young children. I have 3 boys that have or are attending this facility. All of the staff are warm, attentive, and welcoming. The curriculum is engaging, advanced and nurturing. My boys have even taken classes that range from language to simple writing! As a nurse/mom I have to be confident in the care that is being provided to my children when away and Detour has earned it! They also take care of us parents too!"
