"Five stars on prices and groceries when you shop yourself. Zero stars for the pickup. I used to do pick up all the time from here and it was always a good experience. Now it's garbage. Half the time I am missing items or they don't tell me about substitutions until I get there if they tell me at all. Here lately they take twenty minutes or longer to even bring your order out after you check in. And I just found out they double charge you every time and you have to wait for the first charge to get put back in to your account which could take up to five days. Then was told there was nothing they could do about it that's just how their system is set up. I'm definitely done with pick up from here and might just use the Cross Street Pay Less from now on for my groceries."

"Tiny thing just really annoying... Pickup missing bananas so I request full refund just 1.16 but we are literally counting pennies. Amount of refund going to be .55 cents ??"

"Very slow dont care about drivers that bring them the groceries and supply's to make money. Wait for an hour in the cold, called 3 times went in the store still waiting another 20 minutes to unload 5 pallets"

"Manger for Saturday morning shift was very rude, they have no signs for limits anything but he told me he have right to say anyone how much they able to purchase n leave the store without purchasing anything. So I left my cart full stuff there he can keep it. Mostly they have Lady’s manger are very nice they always offer help to put my stuff in the cart but this guy was nasty n rude."
