Kid City USA - Beech Grove

"My daughter has been attending since June and has learned so much! She’s in the two year old classroom and now knows her colors, numbers, and some of her shapes! The teachers here have helped and taught her so much! Amazing place to take your children!"

"All daycares have little issues, it's just a fact. What makes me feel good about where my kids go, is the fact that we are not just a number to them. They know my children and all their little quirks. I also love how much Annie and Anita love my kids and all the kids there. Kid City may be a larger company name but it's the people working here, that give it a personal touch and a lot of love."

"My daughter was in the prek building (beech Grove) and she was physically assaulted by multiple children on multiple occasions. I came in to drop her off and a little boy ran to her and slapped his blanket across her face. There was no redirection given to him other than to stop. No phone call to his parent or meeting (if so it was not communicated to me). I talked to her teachers often and nobody seemed to know who was hitting her. The last straw was when a bruise showed up on her face. Her father and I immediately discharged her and not 1 person asked why or reached out to us to further investigate, they simply closed her account. Til this day I don’t think any of our complaints were filed. My husband went to speak with the director and she was already crying about her own child (won’t say why) and he wasn’t even able to speak to her about the problems we were having because she overshared the whole time. A complete mess! I wouldn’t recommend sending your child there and maybe you won’t ignore the red flags during your walkthrough! All in all, this center lacks professionalism and does not follow procedures they have in their handbook. Also a huge safety hazard considering one of the doors don’t lock and the kids oftentimes run to that area and could easily let themself out, or even worse a complete stranger entering the building unbeknownst to staff."

"We have been with kid city beech grove since they took over and it was such a smooth transition. They updated the centers and have done everything to make it so wonderful for my children! Added locked entrances with a code, and easy check in and check out devices! They are always there when I have concerns & I know my daughter enjoys the summer field trips for schoolagers! Also phenomenal teachers, so glad I had them to help with our potty training process! Some centers/ teachers won't do that! Highly recommend!"
