"When I used this attorney to handle my legal case that I was already going to plead guilty too I was promised that I was going to be issued a conditional license for my driving that was over three months ago and I’ve called his office numerous times asking what the status is and I keep being given it another story as to why the paperwork hasn’t even been filled out, let alone handed to the judge or the clerk the last time I spoke with the Paralegal or assistant in his office. She literally hung up on me and when I called back to ask why she said I was being rude because I kept asking why she lied to me the last time and told me that she was waiting on Mr. Gevers to sign before Giving it to the clerk and the judge and the prosecutor here I sit still no paperwork filed and nothing can be done unless you do it yourself according to this law firm don’t hire them. It’s a waste of money they will ask you to plead guilty they will not represent you in any way, shape or form other than tostand up and talk to the judge directly which you cannot do"

"Gevers law office team was incompetent and following the initial sales pitch, showed absolutely no interest in handling my case. I paid Mr. Gevers $300/hr, but received a far worse experience than I’d expect from a public defender. .:INCOMPETENCE:. My case was an OWI charge, but I was below the legal limit. All it took was the prosecutor looking at my case to dismiss it, but unfortunately this took over 5 months. When I asked for an itemized bill and refund, I had to have my new lawyer intervene to get it. At that point he refunded the entire amount which shows that he did literally nothing at all while my son was growing up without me. If you have a big case and a lot of money, hire this man. If he asks for less than 10 grand, he will act like you aren't worth his time."
