"The carpet was drenched in water in multiple different spots (see video). Mold in the rooms. Strong cigarette smell. Soap bar left behind from previous person, shows they do not clean in between guests. Needed to get my keycard reactivated 3/4 nights. Random stains on walls, bedsheets, and piss stains on the towel they gave me. Overall, the rooms and buildings were very dirty and I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy."
"Property is a junkyard, It is a LIE that they provide breakfast or even coffee - or towels or a trash can in the room! Room smelled like smoke and burn marks visible. Food on ceiling, mirror looked like giant body smudges on it - disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE unless it is too cold to sleep outside."
"I deliver food here and from the things I've seen I do not recommend this place especially if you have children. People walking around all different hours of the night. Cops in here all the time. Potholes big enough that you would have to go and visit the repair man when you pull in. If this is your scene then more power to ya but anyone else nope thank you."
"Run away! Don’t be fooled! Shame on you Wyndham for marketing this property!! Shame!!! Filthy! Everywhere! No toilet paper (charging $1/roll), one towel for three people, no soap, everything broken, no mirror in the bathroom! And Wyndham charged us $117!!! Sign in the lobby says “No refunds after 15 minutes!” LOL So embarrassed that I trusted the app, the 3.5 stars on trip advisor and the beautiful picture. Of course, after seeing the property, I returned to trip advisor to discover that there’s not been anything but one star reviews for years. How do they still have a 3.5 star rating?!?!? Don’t be fooled! This is a scam! Stay away!!"
"If I could give ZERO STARS, I would!! This “hotel” has no right to carry the Wyndham name!! I called earlier in the day to make reservation and was told that “because I made the reservation last minute and they had given my a discount, I couldn’t cancel”; I thought, that’s understandable, it was last minute. On the phone I was told we’d be getting a king size bed, pullout couch, and kitchenette for $75 (after tax); I thought, “wow, that’s great!” I specifically asked if breakfast was provided and they had said “yes, breakfast is free”. Hope forward to our check in time; we missed where the front office was located and had to drive around the property… there were cars on jacks with missing tires, pets all around (even though it said no pets), and sketchy people standing around. Looking at it, it definitely seems more like an apartment complex that they rent out rooms for extra income. We get to the check in counter and the guy was SO SKETCHY AND PUSHY. He told us that the room we had reserved was not available, so he’d be giving us the “pent house suite” for $130; I argued that we made a reservation for $75, so I was not prepared to pay that. He then proceeds to say “oh, I’ll give it to you for $95. You just give me $20”. My husband and I looked skeptical and he pushed to say “I’ll show you the room first” and proceeded to walk us through the dirtiest laundry room I’ve ever seen; thank goodness my husband was with me.. it felt like a legit murder scene from a movie. We get to the room and he barely lets us past the front door, so at a glance, the room looked nice; I mean, it had a second floor, so it had to be nice right? NO! (More of that in the next paragraph) We left the room and he goes “give me $10 and that’ll be good”; my husband and I just felt so uncomfortable and obviously didn’t want to be out the $95 for the room, so we agreed to stay. We got to the lobby and I realized the only cash we had on us was a $5 bill; he gladly took that! So he’s obviously charging cards and taking cash on the side so Wyndham doesn’t find out???? It wasn’t until after I signed that I asked when breakfast started and he goes “we don’t have breakfast. A lot of people just use the kitchenette in the rooms”; okay, no biggie. He then says “I was in the room earlier and saw the sheet wasn’t clean enough for you”; this is where I thought he was gonna get some redemption, but he proceeds to say “I’ll get a sheet for YOU to put on”. Excuse me?? When did I become a maid for YOUR hotel?? Hop forward to us getting to our room after an event… the room smelled like cat urine and cigarette smoke. I went to shower after a long day and there were holes all over the wall; I had no clue why they were there, but it made me feel so uncomfortable that I had my husband stuff them with TP. Got out of my shower to find MOLD on the towels. Went to throw something away in the ONLY trash can and it was full of garbage. My husband and I didn’t want to risk bed bugs, so we laid on top of the clean sheet he had given us and froze the whole night; WORST SLEEP EVER. There was a LUBE like consistency on almost every counter; obviously didn’t realize it until AFTER I sat my suitcase and stuff on the kitchen counter. ALSO, how can I make my breakfast (that they were supposed to provide) in a kitchenette that has NO DISHWARE/COOKWARE??? It was honestly such a disgusting experience that I’m planning calling Wyndham to get a full refund. This place should be shut down and run like the slum apartment complex that it really is."
