"Can only rate based on my experience which was me reaching out about getting a tour, someone saying they’d get back to me the following week, and never did (weeks later). At this point I wouldn’t be comfortable with this daycare anyway. I know plenty of daycares, even with more children, that will get back to you in a timely manner."
