"I will give this place 2 stars because the assistant director Madison and the teachers were AMAZING, however, if you have a child with any special needs or challenges, I encourage your to run as far as you can away from this place. My son is currently undergoing testing for autism, and while he is fairly high functioning, he is behind on speech and has a hard time communicating. I was up front with the administration and teachers from the beginning that he had some challenges, and they assured me that they would do their best to accommodate. As it turns out, they were not able to support his needs, which is fine, and I completely understand not having the resources to dedicate to only one child when there are many more in their care. The reason for my review is purely for the significant lack of professionalism and curtesy that the administration showed when asking us to find another center. They require families to provide a lengthy notice when withdrawing their child, but they provided me two days notice to find alternative childcare for my son. TWO DAYS. What working parent can find childcare in that short of time? Additionally, upon receiving the notice, I responded to the director and asked for one final week so that I could find another option. When I never received a response to my message, I asked at the front desk, and was told that they “didn’t see” my message, and that his spot had been filled as of that day. I am so disappointed in the lack of professionalism demonstrated by the administration and the lack of compassion from Tonya. I would not recommend this daycare to anyone."

"It was a great experience working with children,parents ,and staff! However the Director was awful, lazy, fake, phoney, lied, horrible to work with. So thrilled to hear she left. Best thing that could ever happen to Care Point Academy Bass road!"

"Our review is based on two perspectives, a customer and employee, as our household has both sent children here as well as being employed by this location. The one ☆ is deserved, as the teachers are the only accomplishment of this TAX-EXEMPT, CHRISTIAN daycare. For the most part, my kids, as well as we have liked the teachers. Carepointe Academy hires some quality people, but unfortunately, they realize that management doesn't care about anything but money, and eventually, they quit due to lower than market pay and feeling unappreciated. Carepointe Academy occasionally closes their facility on a Friday for employee training. Where the hell is a working parent to do having to find alternative daycare during the week. On one occasion, the daycare closed one room, allowing one of our children to attend but not the other. Why the hell would I pay for daycare, send one kid, and take off work to watch the other? This is the poor-quality management that works here. However, it's still better than the lazy and pathetic Christian look-alike family that invests in these daycares all over town. Their lack of participation, even when they were in attendance, was common as they don't like to fill in positions when help is needed. The quality of the food served was often in question as they didn't always follow a scheduled menu, not balanced meals, sometimes serving the same thing again and again. The kitchen was poorly managed when my wife started working there, and I heard it went back to being a mess after she left. They don't value paying for experience, which is why management sucks. They warn customers that they will drop your kids if you leave them a bad review, or I'm sure there would be many more bad reviews. This place is no Steward of God and I'm thankful that we were able to move on."

"We love Carepointe Academy! My 2 and 4 year old attend and they both love their teachers! They are always excited to go. The staff is so nice and great with our kids and the new director is an AMAZING person! I especially love how they have so much patience when our kids are having their "challenging" moments. The Procare software is great, I get to see pictures and get updates throughout the day! Most importantly, I have complete trust in the leadership and ownership at Carepointe. Knowing them both professionally and personally, I know they are ethical, kind, and loving people. I know that they will always make decisions based on what's in the best interest of our kids, and that is ultimately the biggest reason to bring our kids here."

"I love this childcare! My son has been here twice. He first attended when he was an infant 2 years ago and unfortunately had to leave for a little bit due to him having surgery. We decided to bring him back after a year and so much has changed. But in an amazingly good way!! Between the staff and their cleaning policies/procedures, I felt 1000000% comfortable sending my son back to childcare even during a pandemic. If you have any hesitation whatsoever on where to send your child, choose Carepoint!"
