"It's happening more frequently than not. My packages should move from mobile yo my local PO.. Instead they het pushed out of region and often out of state just to return days later."

"I sent a letter via Certified mail. It has been missing since September 12th. I have contacted everyone that I possibly could about the matter and still haven’t got any information. I will NEVER send anything else important through our corrupt mailing system again. I’m out $800 because of this and had to freeze my credit. The postal service is like oh well, we don’t care. I forgot to add that if you have to send something important, do not send it certified, send it by registered mail. They didn’t tell me I should’ve done that until after my mail was missing."

"Good luck receiving your package on time since this place is simply just another black hole. It shouldn't take 5 days for my package to not be updated if I live an hour away from the facility. Terrible."

"My package was supposed to be delivered in Georgia. Well it made it to Georgia at a post office 20 mins away. Then I checked again the next day and it’s all the way in mobile Al. Which makes no sense. And my package has been sitting there for days now."
