"I went to pick up my Rx. I informed Pharmacy Tech. that I want GoodRx discount. She asked for my Eagle card. I gave it and she rang up the price of my medicine...3x what it should be. I asked her if she put in GoodRx discount. She said, "No, I put in your Giant Eagle discount". I said she needs to ring it up again with GoodRx. She rolled her eyes and DID NOT APOLOGIZE. She said, "Drive back around, and get back in line behind the two cars behind you, so that I can serve them first. " I asked if she was serious! By this time the Pharmacist had come over and started working on my Rx, so Tech said, 'Never Mind'. Pharmacist quickly fixed the Tech's mistake and price of my Rx"
