"No one ever WANTS to go to the cancer center but if you do, I highly recommend. From the moment, I drop my father off at the front door, someone is there to assist getting him comfortable in a wheelchair. Nurse practioner, Ashton is AMAZINGGGGGG!!!! Dr. Barnes is awesome, as well. I pray that your journey goes as planned."

"The staff I met was great!!! It wasn't a long wait for me. But make sure you have your insurance card. I couldn't find mine bc I was rushing. The associate was insisting I find it. So I went back to my car and found it. I don't think I would've got seen if I didn't find my insurance card. I really thought my info was transferred over. But it wasn't. But other than that everything was great!"

"I have absolutely no idea how this place gets anything above 1 star. Tried MCC so that I could do treatments closer to home. Having previously been a patient at Mayo and Moffit, which are both amazing hospitals, I am familiar with what right looks like. MCC IS NOT IT. Doctors were good, but absolutely everything else is terrible. The definition of incompetence. Labs, imaging, scheduling, insurance- they will Lie, yes I mean that, they will lie to cover their many many mistakes and shortcomings. Don’t give this place the opportunity to end your life early, go to a major city with a quality health system, not here. Example: imagining waiting room, is shoulder to shoulder. No separation at all. For many elderly people on chemo, Immunity compromised, cold and flu season in a room with 30+ other sick patients. This place does not care about you"

"The sweetest staff. Michael was just the sweetest and talked me thru everything before my biopsy procedure. I can't say enough how wonderful she is. Everyone I spoke to in this facility was so kind-hearted. Definitely the best."

"Nobody answers phones. I cancelled scheduled treatments. I cannot spend another $6000 out of pocket for treatments even after insurance. This is a for profit business. They push procedures and treatments like they are selling used cars. If you are on a payment plan and miss just one payment, they will call and hassle you."
