"As a full time RVer I have used their service for 20 or more years, and have never failed to receive my mail after asking to have it forwarded . Yesterday I requested a check of my mail to determine if a letter from my bank had arrived. Janet confirmed it was there. I told her I would set up a delivery using their AMB website. I wanted the mail as soon as possible due to the importance of the bank letter, but the website only allowed sending my mail out the following day, so I selected that option. This morning I discovered my mail had been sent out a day prior. I can only assume that Janet realized it was important for me to receive this shipment and overrode the website request by sending out my mail the same day. Service worthy of more than five stars!!"
