"We were surprised at the excellent service and super clean dining area. The Burgers are like the smash burgers at Culver's and Sammy Barker's. The chicken sandwich was very good and a decent portion. String fries and onion rings we're just as good."

"I'm back for my second time. And if my food is as amazing as the last time, I will be giving 100% props to the fantastic team here. I know that every time I have an order from here to deliver, the food is always perfect and timing as well. This is probably my favorite hamburger spot. There is just something about the food here....so incredibly delightful (and different from other places) that I will continue to be a regular customer here. "Having been a very disappointed Red Robin fan of late we have been looking for something different and an enjoyable experience. We found what we were looking for today. Overall the place was clean and organized. It was slightly rough around the edges but they were quite busy. Bathrooms were fairly clean, and well stocked. You place your order at one counter and pick up at a different counter. It was very efficient and only took a short while to receive our freshly cooked food. While waiting I was impressed to notice the photographs of the founding history of the company. That history being grounded in a WW2 soldier is priceless. It was worth checking out the photos while waiting for our food. Our order of custards were put on hold until we requested them after we ate. I had the chocolate brownie and it had too much chocolate... if that is possible? Management was very much engaged in all areas helping fellow employees. My jalapeño burger was quite possibly the best of its type I ever had in a fast food restaurant. I had it without the sauce and added ketchup. It was loaded with potent peppers. Finally a burger with an abundance of SPICY peppers. My spouse had a patty melt. She was disappointed because it was so dry. It had nothing on it except a few small pieces of onion, and some cheese. The size of the burger verses the size of the patty left large portions of nothing but bread. Maybe that is why it was so dry? I am not even sure if we needed to ask for other toppings? Selecting any toppings was a question that did not come up in the ordering process. Because of the out of stock ketchup, (other than 2 very sticky packets left on counter) a slightly untidy restroom and a dry patty melt... a 4 star review. I will gladly return one day."
