"We went to this facility for a child’s birthday. We will never go to this place again. Paul didn’t know how to talk to the children in a respective way. He never went over the house rules in the beginning. When a child did something he didn’t like, he was condescending toward them. He seemed flustered being around kids. I will never attend a party here again, nor will I allow my children to take any classes here."
