"I was suppose to receive my package on Friday at my wife's job, I chatted with your online bot to change my the address. I went to your facility on Saturday to pick but because I changed the address that was put on another truck and couldn't be taken off. I was told that it would be delivered today Saturday the the 28th only to find out that is wasn't gonna delivered until Monday the 29th.....I'm not happy"

"Poor service!!!! You never know you have a package cause most of the drivers never knock or they go straight to the rent office with your package and never come to your door. The rent office will send your package back. I hate the service."
