"We camped here in October and it was wonderful. The campground bathrooms are nice and clean. The campsites are large and maintained. We rented bikes at the camp store and did the 3.3 mile bike trail. That was amazing! Didn't go on the trails but this park is well kept, manicured and we will definitely be back."
"One of the best parks in Northern Indiana. Parking, walking trails, and fishing access as well as camping sites and mountain bike trails are all easily accessible. Beautiful in all seasons!"
"Nice state park. Nice beginner - intermediate MTB trail. Great trail with out any elevation."
"There is a fee to enter with a vehicle however it is well worth it to be able to use the trails and such. Used to fish here a lot when I was younger, still just as beautiful. They do have a map of everything which is helpful if you need to locate a restroom. I do often see dogs/pets on the trails as well. Lots of cool things to look at and find on the trails, we've only been on 2 and there are many others."
"Beautiful state park! Not far off 31, so convenient to get to. I did trail 3, signage was great, trails were mostly empty of other hikers. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Trail 3 has a nice overlook area with some seating to enjoy the view. Plenty of benches and seating along the trail too, which is nice for taking stops to enjoy the ambiance. The birds were so talkative, the leaves are starting to change, and even with the drier weather I still spotted some mushrooms. Will definitely come back!"
