"They are not opened during the hours suggested. I have been there twice in the last week and both times the doors were already locked. Once was a Saturday at 1045am and another was a Wednesday at 330. They also do not answer the phone and I've called 4 times. I dropped a package off 2 weeks ago and they never updated the website tracking, so I cannot even find out where it is. Go to another office. This one is trash."

"I live in an apartment complex. My mailbox has not in locked over 2 weeks. I have called, and went by. My complex office has called, emailed and my box is STILL not fixed. I have been expecting very important mail. I work 9 to 5. This mail is VERY IMPORTANT and the lady in the post office was not very helpful and did not address the issue of my lock needing to be fixed. Who! do I need to contact?!"

"Multiple trips per week and employees are always very friendly, helpful and efficient! Very knowledgeable lady there that knows the answer to ANY question and explains how to prevent or fix issues like a PRO! Also, if there is a line at the counter it usually moves quickly!"

"Expensive and slow. I mailed a package priority overseas on March 5th. It is now March 25th and the article still has not arrived to it's destination. I paid over 30 dollars for dubious service. The article was time sensitive. I lost out on several thousand dollars because of this issue. I can neither recover the cost for this poor service nor gain back the lost business. I would suggest you find another shipping company if your article has any value to you. I will be using FedEx from now on. I sent that on Friday and it arrived today. Only cost ten dollars more."
