"The cashier was very sweet but the service was terrible. The fry person, I was told that his name is Jeffery had no gloves on and was touching all the fries and nuggets. Even when the general manager was notified she acted as if she didn’t care and volunteered to give me my money back because I complained. If I could I would give negative stars. She’s a horrible general manager because everytime I come up here she’s screaming at employees. Poor Service"

"ZERO stars. Received an extremely raw chicken sandwich today (2/21/24 11:45am) via Doordash. I don't typically inspect a sandwich prior to eating, as I trust that such a popular fast food chain would be following proper food handling procedures. Due to this misguided trust, I took multiple bites of this raw chicken before realizing something was not right. Photos and video attached. I will NOT be eating food from here ever again."

"I got my food at a reasonable time and the order taker was very respectful to me. My food was fresh and hot and they made sure that everything was correct. I recommend this restaurant again"

"HORRRIBLE! I wish I could leave negative stars. I went through the drive through with 2 orders (4 for 4 and a 5 dollar biggie bag) at 5pm about 3 weeks ago. Both of the orders were the exact same, tasted like they had been made the day before. Fries were hard and cold, burger dry - barely any condiment on it - nuggets stiff. I wouldn’t feed that to a stray dog. I won’t ever go back. Additionally : my sister went weeks later and had no idea I had been and she had the exact same experience as me."
