"Delivered one of my packages with a car part in it and the box look like it had been left out in the rain. Few days later I get another car part in and they repackaged it after BREAKING my part. Not to mention their drivers constantly drive recklessly up and down our road."
"I have nothing but trouble from FedEx Ground. They leave my packages out by the road for anyone to stop and pick up, and drive away with because they use contract drivers that they have no control over. The drivers know they can do what ever they want without fear of consequences. So instead of taking a couple extra minutes to bring my packages to my porch they dump the 3 feet away from the road at the base of my mailbox knowing full well that the package is highly likely to be stolen."
